Sophia trains for 2 to 3 hours per session, 6 times a week. She also trains her lower body with conventional gym training twice a week, also during this sessions she starts with a bit of Calisthenics.

Sophia eats 100% intuitively and prioritizes a healthy relationship with food. Cooking is something she truly enjoys, and she loves experimenting with new recipes. Eating healthy is important to her, but she also believes in allowing occasional treats!

Calisthenics is more than just a sport! It’s a community, a mindset, and discipline! This sport can give you so much and is incredibly rewarding. Anyone can do calisthenics, and anyone can start – you just have to want it enough!
